There are so many things I want to say here.
I’ll start will how comfortable I felt under my massage with Colt. I’m usually very timid around new people but he made me feel relaxed so much so, I believe I may have fallen asleep.
Second, would be the quality of the massage with Colt. He has great techniques for deep tissue for those tension spots that cause head and body aches.
Last, was how personalized he made my massage. I didn’t feel like just another client. He listened to my issues and addressed some of my pain.
I look forward to more massages as he learns more techniques.

Excellent couples massage for me and my wife on a Saturday afternoon! We had Colt and Blair, both students of the massage school on site, but you wouldn't know they were in training by the quality of massages they provided! Relaxing environment, I felt relaxed immediately after walking into the office.  Everyone is friendly and welcoming.  The massage was absolutely wonderful. I dozed during the massage and afterwards on the couch. I have been twice and both times completely relaxed.  Love it!

The most relaxing massage I have ever gotten. My wife and I have gotten a couples massage in a local massage chain in Atlanta, and an upscale spa in a resort in Jackson Home Wyoming previously.

I'd say that the massage that I received here at Living Health had the pricing of the Atlanta massage, but the quality of the Jackson Hole massage. In fact, I'd say that Living Health was even better than the Jackson Hole massage. And Living Health was less than half the price!

I've never fallen asleep during a massage before, but that's how soothing and relaxing the massage was! I am an EXTREMELY light sleeper, so that is VERY rare! And my wife fell asleep too, she told me!

Susana took care of my spa treatment. It was wonderful. My favorite was the hand paraffin wax massage. Her voice is very soothing and she was perfection during my full body massage. She's absolutely great!!

However, the location was not luxurious at all. It looked real homely inside. Totally not what I expected at all for a spa. The sheets I laid on for the massage were not soft at all.

My mother, sister,  and I received massages from Tyler, Susan, and Ashley. We really enjoyed them. This was really needed after being on lockdown for so long. They made us feel comfortable and everything was so relaxing. The facility was clean. Thanks again. We will be returning.

The Chakrasage was very interesting and worth the experience, however i cannot describe enough how amazing the 1 hr massage with Crystal was. She has such a delicate and soothing voice. Her hands intuitively dance across your body with an energy thats guaranteed to make you happy.

We were visiting from out of town and this was by far the best massage ever. Everyone was so nice and just very attentive to what our bodies needed. The only thing I hate is that I don’t live closer to be able to come back! Highly recommend.

I visited Living Health Day Spa for a gong meditation session with David. To put it simply: It was amazing. David has a clear passion and calling for sound healing. I was able to enter a deep state of relaxation that was transcendental and my muscle tension melted away. I have been going to see Cissie Pryor for more years than I can remember.  I wouldn't think of using anyone else in Memphis.  The spa is always clean and quiet.  I've had most every one of the facials offered and they are all good.  I especially love the smell of the Repechage products.  I've never had a bad experience.  I also have massages and the technicians are good and open to you telling them how firm or soft you want them to go.  It is a monthly ritual for me to have a massage and a facial.  Great people!!!  Give them a try.
